Mercè holds a degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Health Social Work. She has a postgraduate degree in “People with Disabilities: Social Rights and Skills Culture”. She is currently working as part of EASE (Specialist Assessment and Support Team), which operates at different levels of care in health and social care networks with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the patient’s reintegration in their usual environment, guaranteeing the suitability and continuity of care, promoting comprehensive and personalised quality of care, and providing an agile and effective system of coordination with the referring hospital.
