Doctor in Psychiatry and Health Research Methodology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), a degree in Medicine from the National University of Colombia and a specialist in Psychiatry from the University of Antioquia, with both titles approved in Spain by the Ministry of Education.

With more than 20 years of experience at the Institut Guttmann, she is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric manifestations in patients with neurological pathologies and injuries of all aetiologies, as well as in the neuropharmacology of brain injury.

Her intervention begins with care in the hospital phase and continues in the return to the community, with support for patients and their families.
