Guttmann celebrates Sant Jordi with in-person activities designed for patients, families, and professionals
Guttmann celebrated Sant Jordi's Day with a series of activities designed to allow everyone to experience one of the most special days of the year together and encourage participation from all members of the organization.
The celebration included the distribution of handmade bookmarks by patients, shared readings between patients and staff representing the different areas of Badalona and Barcelona, and a book exchange held in the morning between staff and in the afternoon between patients. As a prelude to the Diada (the official day of Sant Jordi's Day), a concert for patients and their families was also held the previous day in the recreation area.
All these activities aim to create spaces for connection, culture, and community within Guttmann, making patients, families, and staff feel actively involved in a shared celebration.
