A doctoral student in Health and Sports Psychology from the UAB, Alex holds a degree in Physiotherapy and diploma in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, both from Universitat Ramon Llull. He has a master’s degree in Neuropsychological Rehabilitation and Cognitive Stimulation from the UAB.

He has worked at the Institut Guttmann since 2007, promoting adapted sports and the inclusion of people with disabilities in physical and sports activities both in the outdoors and in the community.

He is the coordinator of Sports&Life, an initiative offering sporting, cultural and social activities for all, and an instructor on the Active Life project (Empowerment, Community Training and Introduction to Independent Living Programme).
