The Institut Guttmann XI Sport Games finished today, after a special edition because of the 50th anniversary of the Institution, and with the objective of promoting and show to patients and ex patients the diversity of Paralympics sports, as always.

Mornings of 7th and 8th October, they played in the hospital installations different games like tennis, volley-ball, basketball, rugby or archery. People also tested a first contact with handbikes and other adaptations to practice cycling, and some elite athletes that were patients of the hospital years ago, shared their experiences on a speech for patients, families, and everyone who was interested.

The Games were closed this midday with a funny aerobic session opened to everybody, where each person with his/her capabilities celebrated, dancing, the sport benefits.
