The Fundación Institut Guttmann is the paradigm of how we in Catalonia understand the commitment between society and government in order to respond to the needs of people. It has been for me a referent in the different stages of my professional life: healthcare, management and now politics. At the Catalan Government we will maximise our efforts to make this differential point in the response to the needs of people have the national social recognition and appreciation it deserves.
