The “Blocs Collection” consists of a set of technical publications that explore different biopsychosocial aspects (health, personal, social, cultural, etc.) that affect people with neurological disability in the medical-rehabilitation process, in the quality of life of the patient and his/her family and in their social inclusion.
Its main objectives are:
- To provide patients, the professionals who treat them and those interested in their welfare with knowledge of the neurorehabilitation processes and techniques that promote health, independence and quality of life for people with disabilities and to disseminate technological advances and the most important innovations in this area.
- To introduce the different situations, needs and experiences of people with disabilities, in order to contribute to social awareness and strengthen community responses that promote respect for diversity, equal opportunities and social inclusion.
