To this end, the Department of Admissions and Customer Services, in addition to analysing the standards and quality indicators, regularly carries out satisfaction surveys that provide insight into the opinion and satisfaction of hospital clients, patients and their families, about the care received, the treatment by professionals, perceived well-being and comfort and satisfaction compared to their expectations. Information that allows the Guttmann Institute and its great team to grow as an organisation, adapting more and better services to the needs, desires and indications of people they serve.
