I appreciate that you have invited me to visit you. I knew, as it is common knowledge, that you do a great job and are an example of excellent work, work that we are all very proud of. I have enjoyed learning about your research programmes and have been able to see all the progress you have done since that day in 2001 when the University Institute was launched and recognised. It is like the beginning of an exponential account. The ten-year journey has been remarkable, but nothing compared to what will come in the next ten years. You are prepared, and it is a fact that you have the necessary momentum. Count on the fact that the Government will provide all the warmth that is within our reach. You are fully aligned with the Catalan lines of progress.
