The education unit of Institut Guttmann has designed a rich mix of educational programmes, the main aim of which is to contribute to the specialized training of health practitioners in the field of neurorehabilitation to enable them to access in a direct, accurate and practical way the main diagnostic, technological and therapeutic developments in this speciality and to help them apply such progress to healthcare.

Courses included in the various education programmes are also suitable for other health practitioners or students interested in getting to know or beginning a career in neurorehabilitation. They all provide the expertise and experience that benefit health and quality of life of people with a severe acquired neurological disability.

As a Further Education School attached to Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, all vocational studies and graduate courses, once completed, qualify for a university degree from UAB and officially award the amount of ECTS European credits set out in each programme.
