The reference centre is open to the public and its documents can be looked up Monday through Friday, from 9:45 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 18:00, except on bank holidays.

The centre is open to practitioners, researchers, students, communities of people with disabilities and to anyone interested in these subjects.
