Using this procedure, we objectively and systematically measure the results of the rehabilitation process in the short, medium and long terms, in order to determine the added value of the therapeutic process and assess the effectiveness of the work methodology employed. This enables us to know the evolution of our results and to compare them with those of other leading neurorehabilitation service providers around the world.

Hospital discharge results

· 84 % of patients return home

· The therapeutic team achieves an average of 94% of the rehabilitation goals set for each patient upon admittance to the unit.

· In terms of FUNCIONALITY:

- Patients with CRANIOENCEPHALIC TRAUMATISMconsequences:

- The "Disability Rating Scale" (DRS) shows an average 5.98 point improvement in the functional assessment of patients upon discharge compared to when they were admitted.

- The "Rancho los Amigos Cognitive Functioning Scale" (LCFS) shows that 46 % of the patients treated in 2010 improved by 1 or more levels. At admittance, 70% were found to be between levels II and VI; by the time they were discharged, 60% were found to be between levels VII and VIII.

- Patients with ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY OF A VASCULAR ORIGIN consequences

- The Barthel Scale shows an average 22 point improvement in patients upon discharge compared with when they were admitted

· 2 / 5 year hospital discharge results:

- Ability in the home. 27% / 24% of patients are autonomous in their basic activities of daily living and instrumental activities performed at home.

- 32% / 21% can control their personal finances (pay bills, use money...).

- 41% / 40% plan and carry out social activities in an autonomous fashion.

- Level of community integration. 81% / 84% leave the house every day. 74% / 65% participate in leisure activities accompanied by family members not affected by brain damage.

- Production, work and training activities 14% / 13%of patients work or study more than 20 hours a week.
